Axil Hammer Publishing and Productions originally got its start in 2008, under the name Ax N’ Hammer Publishing and Productions. This name was used to brand together a series of short films and picture books.
The name was changed in 2013 from Ax N’ Hammer to Axil Hammer with the launch of An Uncertain Faith. The word, Axil, is the angle between a branch or leaf and its stem. Put differently, it is the direction of a tangent and is a nod to the offshoot of my creative growth.
